Practice Overview

• Join a well-established Hematology and Oncology practice with deep roots in the community
• Predominantly outpatient care with limited inpatient consult responsibilities
• Shared call structure with no nights or weekend call
• Opportunity to participate in research and clinical trials if desired
• Stable referral patterns that support consistent patient volume

Schedule

• Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Four and a half clinic days per week, with flexibility for reduced hours
• Average daily volume of 15 to 16 patients, allowing time for thoughtful care
• Built-in structure that prioritizes work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Generous base salary ranging from $650,000 to $700,000, plus bonus opportunities

Candidate Profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• MD or DO, with visa sponsorship available
• Comfortable managing both hematologic and solid tumor cases
• Open to both experienced physicians and recent fellowship graduates
