Practice Overview
Join a well-established Hematology and Oncology practice with deep roots in the community
Predominantly outpatient care with limited inpatient consult responsibilities
Shared call structure with no nights or weekend call
Opportunity to participate in research and clinical trials if desired
Stable referral patterns that support consistent patient volume
Schedule
Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Four and a half clinic days per week, with flexibility for reduced hours
Average daily volume of 15 to 16 patients, allowing time for thoughtful care
Built-in structure that prioritizes work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
Generous base salary ranging from $650,000 to $700,000, plus bonus opportunities
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Candidate Profile
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
MD or DO, with visa sponsorship available
Comfortable managing both hematologic and solid tumor cases
Open to both experienced physicians and recent fellowship graduates
